We need some information about your phone to be able to set-up the eSIM in AT&T's system.


Important


1. The AT&T eSIM is for iPhone ONLY. It won't work unless you are using an iPhone.


2. Make sure that your iPhone is updated to the most recent iOS before setting up the eSIM. Go to Settings, General, Software Update, and install any software update before setting up the eSIM.


Setting up your eSIM


Please reply to your order confirmation email with the following information:


1. The EID number of your iPhone;


2. The IMEI2 number of your iPhone;


3. The date you want your eSIM to start working.


How to find the EID number


Go to Settings/General/About and then scroll down to EID.


You should copy & paste the EID number rather than trying to type it manually into the email as you may make a typographical error. Also please do not send screenshots of the EID number.


How to find the IMEI2 number


Go to Settings/General/About, then scroll down to ESIM and select "IMEI2".


Make sure to select IMEI2, and not IMEI.

The date you want your eSIM to start working


AT&T bundles last for 30 days. Unless you are away for 30 days and require the eSIM to work for the full 30 days, please choose the date one day before you arrive in the USA as the date you want your eSIM to start working. This will ensure everything works smoothly when you land in the USA.
