None of the phone plans include calls to the UK, Europe or other non-USA numbers.

If you want to call the UK or Europe, you have the following options to purchase:

(i)  The 1,000 Minute International Landline Call Pack (Available only for the USA Canada and Mexico Extreme Plan and the USA Max Plan) - this gives you 1,000 minutes of calls to landline numbers (not mobiles) in the UK, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland and Turkey.

(ii) The 250 Minute International Landline Call Pack (Available on all phone plans) - this gives you 250 minutes of calls to landline numbers (not mobiles) in the UK, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland and Turkey

(iii) Extra credit (to call mobiles in the UK and Europe) - call rates to mobiles in the UK and Europe start at $0.49USD/min (for calls to mobiles in the UK, Belgium, Finland France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland).

Please note that the International Landline Call Packs and Extra Credit will only work when you are in the USA.  This means that you cannot call the UK or Europe when you are in Canada or Mexico.  

Many of our customers just use voice apps such as Skype, Viber, WhatsApp and FaceTime Audio to call their family and friends back in the UK and Europe.  These apps use your 3G/4G data allowance (rather than calling through the phone network).  If you use Viber, you can also call people who don't have Viber installed on their phone, by using the "Viber Out" feature.  Click here to read more.  Similarly, you can call regular phone numbers through Skype by adding credit to your Skype account.
