If you're staying in the USA longer than 30 days, you can purchase another 30 days of your selected plan.  Please read more below.




1. Your USA Sim Card Phone Plan and/or your USA Sim Card iPad/Tablet/Hotspot Plan, starts on the date you nominated in your order as your departure date, and expires at 11:59pm on the 30th day.  So this means that the date of your arrival into the USA is Day 1.




2. Your USA Sim Card plan does NOT automatically renew.   If you do not purchase another 30 days of your selected plan, then you USA Sim Card will stop working at 11:59pm on the 30th day.




3. Close to the 30th day you should start receiving text messages from AT&T to remind you when your plan is going to expire.  




4. At least 48 hours prior to the 30th day, please purchase another 30 days of your selected plan on our website, as set out below.  If you wait until your selected plan has expired, you may need to wait many hours for your USA Sim Card to start working, because it can take up to 8 hours for us to process the purchase of a 30 days of your selected plan.




Important notes






  • You can only purchase another full 30 days of your selected plan.  It is not possible to purchase just for a few days of use.

  • You can change plans if you like - for example if you are currently on the USA Canada and Mexico Extreme Plan, you can change to the USA Max Plan.  But please note that the USA Saver Plan has no data and you cannot add data to the USA Saver Plan.  If you purchase the USA Saver Plan and then decide you need data, you'll have to purchase the USA Max or USA Canada and Mexico Extreme Plan, and you'll forfeit the cost of the USA Saver Plan with no refund.

  • You can't just add a data pack or international call pack because they only work if your selected plan is active too.  

  • You can continue to purchase another 30 days of your selected plan if you're staying even longer in the USA.

Important! Have you changed your AT&T 4-digit account passcode?  If you have logged into your online AT&T account (and therefore you have chosen a new 4-digit passcode) you must email the new 4-digit passcode to us immediately (help@usaprepaidsimcard.com.au), or else we won't be able to recharge your plan and your USA Sim Card will stop working.

Step 1: Enter your USA mobile number at the top of the page.  








Step 2: scroll down to step 2 and choose the plan you want to recharge.  




If you purchase a further 30 days of your plan between 4am to 2pm (Los Angeles time) or between 7am to 5pm (New York time), it will will not be processed by us until after 3pm (Los Angeles time) or after 6pm (New York time).

Recharges may not instantly be processed onto your account - recharges purchased between 4am to 2pm (Los Angeles time) or between 7am to 5pm (New York time) will not be processed until after 3pm (Los Angeles time) or after 6pm (New York time).
